Concept design and styling  

Founded by Phil Wood, Carrion Belts handcraft the finest leather belts using traditional techniques and natural finishes to make the most of leather’s distinctive beauty, strength and softness. For lovers of enduring style who want bespoke, sustainable, long-lasting accessories that simply grow better with age.

Our core challenge was to communicate Carrion Belts’ exceptional quality and timeless style to a discerning audience in a busy market for sustainable fashion – inspiring people to buy local and invest in pieces that last.

To elevate and reposition the brand as being beyond the traditional country gent aesthetic, we created an aspirational lifestyle concept capturing a modern twist on country living. Bringing Carrion belts into the contemporary editorial world of seasonal fashion. Our role involved coordinating the campaign production from storyboard to screen, including location hunting, model styling, and set staging.

Phil has spent many years perfecting his techniques, materials and finishes to develop a product that is in itself a work of art, designed to age to perfection. Alongside our lifestyle campaign, we also created and coordinated a ‘making of’ production to conjure an understanding and appreciation of the craftsmanship involved, for a romantic twist on the rustic refinement and dedication it takes to create a Carrion Belt.
